However, if on receipt of your delivery you decide that you would like to return an item(s), you may do so by contacting us to arrange a return authorisation number. In this instance we are unfortunately not able to cover the cost of return shipping, this will have to be paid by yourself. On receipt of the returned item(s) in a re-sellable condition, complete with individual product packing as sold, a full refund of the cost of the product(s) will be made back to your account from which the original payment was made. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. No other refunds can be given.
“As Sold” means that the product and packaging must not be defective and that we must be able to re-sell it at the full sales price. Unwanted Food or Drink Products - Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned. Also you cannot return medicines, unfortunately we do not refund postage on return for any orders. If free shipping orders are returned, then dispatched shipping charges will apply.
For any reason should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product within 30 days, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund. For hygiene purposes, we can only accept returns of underwear or lingerie where the item is deemed faulty or in error, the wrong item has been sent. However, for reasons of hygiene and safety, personal grooming products, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned.
