Preparation and Usage Vanilla Cakes This pack contains: Cake mix Icing mix Decorations Cake cases All you need is: 1 medium-sized egg Water 10 Minutes to make 12 Minutes to bake Make and Bake 1 Don't let children play near hot ovens! Pre-heat oven to 185°C (160°C for fan oven), 375°F, Gas Mark 5. Place 12 cake cases on a baking tray. 2 Whisk cake mix, egg and 35ml (7 teaspoons) cold water in a bowl until batter is creamy (about 2 mins). 3 Spoon equal amounts of batter into cases. Bake in centre of oven for 10-12 minutes, until cakes are cooked. Leave to cool on wire rack. Now Decorate 4 Put icing mix in a bowl. Add 10ml (2 teaspoons) cold water and mix until smooth. If needed, add a drop more water to make icing spreadable. 5 Spread each cake with icing and add waferette and sugar sprinkles. Makes 12 cakes
