Preparation and Usage Method of Application: Rub 1 tablespoon of Rajah Meat Tenderizer Powder on wet 1kg meat and keep it in a cool place for 50 minutes. Then use as desired. Rajah Meat Tenderizer Powder can be used to make the following, more soft, and delicious: Lamb, Chicken, Mutton, Beef, Prawn. It is most beneficial for high altitude cooking, where normal cooking is time consuming. Use sparingly as part of a sauce or marinade or alternatively sprinkle a small amount directly onto the meat.
